    Poor customer service and location compared to others for same price.

    Pool seemed clean and well kept.

    I had two rooms. First room AC did not respond. Took forever to cool down then when too cold took forever to stop blowing. Then with the poor response of the AC of course I sweated on the sheets and the hotel tried to charge me for "spots" on the sheets and pillow. No safe in first room and had to ask for a safe. First room the shower was a little nasty but I asked for second room and shower was clean. While there we ordered food which we brought back to eat. I asked the desk for plates and silverware. After 40 minutes and nothing brought to room I called and asked again. Nothing was ever delivered. Buffet had a lot of choices but unless you got the food as soon as it was brought out it was cold. Location was poor. While there is limited options near by, I didn't expect to have to take a grab to get to anything worth trying.

    Not worth the cost. You can get a hotel for same price in better location with better service
