    Room with a view

    All the staff were excellent,the food was fresh and piping hot, we'll be going back.

    A little pricey.

    lovely stay

    Lovely hotel we will return but not through booking.com

    I didn't like booking for 2 people and having to paying extra £30 for 2nd person I didn't like booking free carparking and having to pay £30 for 3 days parking These were all on the booking form when filling in online but husband and carparking disappeared when confirmation page appeared so cost an extra £60. Booking.com could not even get my surname correct on this survey.

    Fine but will likely not return.

    Overall my stay was fine however hotel is very very dated and somewhat dilapidated. Very basic. Breakfast was poor in that the quality of the food was cheap, lacked flavour and was poorly presented. Hotel staff were excellent. Very friendly. Location was excellent and has the potential to be a nice hotel but clearly little to no money spent on updating it.

    Lack of car parking was frustrating.
