    This is an exceptionally well appointed property. Attention to detail is first class. Small things like sharp knives and a sharpener make a huge difference. The choice of pictures, books and media are all thoughtful and full of interest. Add this to the location and it really is faultless.

    An extremely small inconvenience of parking on street - but that really is a very minor issue.

    Brilliant base for exploring the cairngorms

    Cosy, comfortable and great value for money. Brilliant hosts felt like nothing is too much trouble. Amazing local info on their website too. Wish we could have stayed another week.

    Brilliant exceptional what more can we say

    We liked everything hosts,location,and,the local people are very friendly

    Nothing could be it was exceptional actually beyond our expectations. Even the village was 5 out of 5 and hosts and cottage/lodge where 8 out of 5
