    I thought it was a big standard hotel room. I was wrong!! This is a fantastic property in a great location just a few minutes walk from the station and just a couple minutes into town. The property has its own kitchen area, bedroom upstairs and a cosy living area downstairs. There's even a rooftop balcony area as well

    The heating was on when I arrived and took a while to cool down. It was a warm weekend and as I was getting ready to head out for the evening I felt a little faint. The light in the bathroom kept going off after a minute or so, but I believe that issue was fixed when I left. The hot water also takes a while to get going to let the water run before washing hands or taking a shower. The shower head doesn't have the hose on it, it just fitted to the wall so can be a little awkward if you're not used to that. The place can be a little difficult to find too. You need to look out for the bluish grey gates with a sign saying Bake House

    Would definitely recommend staying here for a long weekend!

    The Bakehouse was a great place to stay! The location was perfect with plenty around to see and do, and although it was next to a pretty busy road, it was quiet and peaceful!

    Fijn plekje in Harwich

    Fijne locatie. Prettige host. Gezellig dakterras.

    Bed was voor ons wat hard, maar dat is natuurlijk persoonlijk.

    Lovely location

    Near the sights of Harwick, easy parking and pub very close. Garden leading off from bedroom nice for relaxing

    Kitchen layout over 2 rooms, bathroom bit dated and hard to dry out after use
