Overall it was very good stay. Recommend for families.
Pleasant comfortable house in very good location - quiet neighborhood, short drive to museums, university and downtown. Excellent host - easy to communicate, always quick reply. Problem with coffee machine was solved quickly
We did not like the dinner table - modern, narrow and tall, with tall stools. It was not enough space for serving food for dinner for 6 people. Great big wooden table (which is now work table) would be so much better.

We had a great stay at the Bamboo House!! The home was clean and comfortable in a convenient location. We had everything
The home was spacious and very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed with updated appliances and everything we needed. Having coffee, cream and sugar was a nice extra. There was plenty of seating for our group of 6. The beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and was in a convenient location with stores and restaurants close by.
The second bedroom upstairs does not have HVAC vents. There is an extra air conditioner in the main bedroom but we had to keep both bedroom doors open in order to cool the second bedroom. It was not a problem for us but it could cause privacy issues for others. I feel like this should have been made clear in the listing. Also, the house could use some more quality finishings like trim and paint as well as some nice patio furniture so that people could really enjoy the pretty backyard.

Pictures are deceiving. The home was not quite what we thought, it was nice though. We would have liked the grass to have been cut prior to our arrival. Also for house it self to be up dated to what the pictures show. Other wise it was good for our money.
The grass was not cut and the deck was not clean. We thought we would be able to enjoy the yard as well as the house. When someone come to cut the grass (day before we left) they threw grass all over our new truck that was in the drive. We understand it needed to be cut but, they could have cut it in a different direction to avoid getting our truck full of grass. Thankfully we didn't see any scratches from rocks or something. You asked us to be considerate of your property we only expect the same in return.
