    El sitio es genial, la vista una pasada y los chicos del personal divinos

    Debería tener más variedad en el restaurante mediterráneo algo que no me gustó es que las habitaciones no cuentan con abre corchos.

    A peaceful stay in Puerto Bahia

    The staff were welcoming and helpful, and arranging the trip to beautiful Cayo Levantado Island through reception was easy and hassle-free. I also enjoyed both pools with beautiful views, and an excellent massage at the hotel spa. A great choice for anyone seeking relaxation, excellent service, and beautiful surroundings.

    Everything; staff, customer service, cleanness, from the moment you enter until you exit. I definitely recommend the hotel to my colleagues and friends. I work with American Airlines and this is what we call a FiveStar Service in my department.

    Wonderful

    I like how they treat us, we had trouble with the shower in our bathroom. Water was all over the bathroom and tried to get into the room. We let them know and they give us a better room with no problem

    I booked for 2 nights they took the money twice on my account. This is the only huge problem we still facing, hasn’t been resolved yet
