La posizione è eccellente, in pieno centro storico, a due passi dalla metro di piazza Santo Stefano; vicino diversi locali, ristoranti, negozi e supermercati. L'appartamento è grande e comodo, ha due camere da letto, oltre a un divano-letto in soggiorno. Inoltre, dispone di un primo bagno con vasca e due lavandini e, di fronte, il secondo con i servizi (wc e bidet): questo rende più facile e veloce prepararsi per uscire. I padroni di casa estremamente disponibili (abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema che è stato prontamente risolto nonostante fosse domenica!)
L'appartamento ha diversi ventilatori ma non l'aria condizionata. Si trova al secondo piano di un bel palazzo antico ma senza ascensore (per noi non è stato un problema!). Consiglierei di rinnovare la biancheria (sia del bagno che delle camere da letto) e i cuscini.

Central apartment, perfect
Amazing location close to Stephansdom. Great apartment with genuine character and everything we needed. Nice big comfy beds! Cat cafe as our neighbour!
Everything was great. Bit of morning noise from refuse collection but the location made it worth it.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder dort wohnen.
Die Wohnung ist in einem alten, historisch interessanten Haus und hat eine besondere Atmosphäre mit viel Platz. Wir waren auch nur zu zweit. Die Lage ist super zentral und grundsätzlich ruhig (Fußgängerzone). Der Restaurantbetrieb um die Ecke endete um 22 Uhr.
Es war heiß und wir hatten nachts die Fenster offen, so dass die Müllabfuhr, die um 4/5 Uhr begann, ein bisschen Gelassenheit und Humor erforderte. Auch die Vorbereitungen für den Betrieb der Restaurants in der Straße begannen so ab 6 Uhr.
