    Unlivable Conditions and Refusal to Refund

    Nothing

    Extremely disappointed with our experience. We had booked for a week but left the same day. As soon as we walked in, there was a foul sewage odor. The sofa was completely not comfortable, and the apartment was hot and suffocating with only small fans (one of which was broken). On top of that, the front door couldn't even lock, making it completely unsafe. The host was unhelpful and refused to process a refund despite the awful conditions. .

    The location, that’s all!

    The apartment was not cleaned before our stay (dried food all over the couch), the en suite sink was blocked with what looked like filthy water, the iron was broken, stains on the tea towels.

    Brilliant, great location, easy to get around different places.

    It was a lovely flat, very comfortable and good to have our own space and I would definitely book this again.

    I would say that the flat could have been a bit cleaner. The kitchen table still had food on it from previous guests and the bath, shower and bathroom sinks still stained from previous use but apart from that it was fabulous.

    Really enjoyed this stay it was as expected

    The flat is really clean and fully equipped with everything we wanted. Even the location is not far from most of shopping areas and attractions
