Okay value in some areas, especially helpful staff
The staff is stellar, and so is the breakfast buffet, both Western and Filipino foods. The view from skydeck is as good as it gets in Manila. The hotels diners are quality.
Can confirm much of what other reviewers have pointed out: the aircon adjustments being futile - only on and off has a noticeable effect, the wifi is unreliable ( had to keep connecting to my mobile data), no gym or pool available. The windows of both the rooms and the breakfast diner are hard to see through -can't say whether that's a cleaning or material issue, maybe it's just a compliment to Manilas smoke fog problem. The television has a box connected to it for TV channels but the original smart remote is missing so had to connect my computer to watch Netflix.

Good stay to see Intramuros
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very accomodating. They even gave us a small token of gift for our wedding anniversary. So sweet about them. The location is near to all the places we want to see.
a bit outdated. Im a bit disappointed about the toilet and tv channels but it is doable.
