    Great large house, very clean, great location short walk to beach, cafe and shops. A real gem.

    Beautiful large home, very spacious for large family groups, great location just a quick walk to the beach and cafes. Very clean. Very trusting owners meant very easy check in and check out.

    Nothing really, but would be good to have slightly more living room seating given the number of people the property can accommodate - however that is only noticed because we booked in winter, so we had to be inside - there is tonnes of seating for when the weather is warmer.

    The batch had everything you could think of in the kitchen and there was milk in one of 2 fridges, the second being the beer fridge or in our case wine fridge. There were heaps of towels and the shower was powerful and hot. It was an easy walk to dinner or to the beach but still in a quiet back street. Waihi Beach a quick drive from Auckland and close to Waihi where we did the rail trail bike ride. The large deck was great for drinks and watching the sun set and it cooled down. Despite being cold outside the house was warm inside.

    Great place for family holiday.

    Loved the location and the number it was able to comfortably accommodate. There were plenty of games for wet weather. Beds really comfortable

    Minor things, not enough forks for the number staying. Bedside light bulbs missing in one bedroom.

    Absolutely everything! It was beautiful and blown away by all the small details available in the house - board games, outdoor equipment!
