    Very disappointing!

Great location! Plenty of complimentary hot drinks in the room which was a nice touch. Front of house staff lovely.

Hard bed (I realise this is subjective) stayed in room 5. Food quality & presentation very poor in my opinion (see picture of full English breakfast) - face to face feedback given to the Manger on duty am 14/10/26

    great location. Very nice hotel

Staff were excellent. We had an issue with some noisy people in the room above us. We were moved to a new room without any fuss. We are very grateful for that.

    We were happy with everything

Been twice before but wont go again. Pleasant but expensive and not up to scratch.

The view of the needles was great as was the member of staff who sorted out our booking . We changed to a more expensive room for 2 nights as mistakenly only booked one night in a lesser room. Paid the difference. Food was nice but very slow.

Considering the cost of the room which I believe was £311 a night, I would have expected the carpet to be clean. Large dirty mark on the right hand side of the bed. Also only one window would open and then only about 2 inches. Had a fan but very hot as only a duvet so no bedding option. Food the food evening was nice but took an hour and 20 minutes to come. Not great as I am diabetic and had planned to eat an hour earlier. Shower in bathroom was a brisk dribble, so not brilliant.
