  Home from home

  I loved the quirky decor and the general layout, the outside was as lovely as the inside, loads of space , every comfort you could wish for and all the gadgets you could have at home were available just fantastic, could not have been happier, beautiful property

  The lighting isn’t great particularly for doing makeup etc , my daughter got ready for work at the property 3 nights while we were there and there is no natural light that coincides with mirrors

  Location great was lovely and quiet but not too far from the action. Lovely host let us check in early. Garden lovely main communal are a nice size.

  Beds uncomfortable I know that's personal choice found main bedroom decor too gothic for my liking - issues with light coming into bedroom as curtains didn't close. So hot when returned to house each day conservatory combining the heat.

  The location of the property was absolutely perfect for the reason that we were visiting. It is well within walking distance of the pier, shops and to access public transport. The area is very nice and the neighbours were also very friendly during our stay. Upon arrival we found a few essentials within the fridge, which was very thoughtful and appreciated as it gave us a chance to find our bearings and settle in without rushing to the shop first. The size of the property, the area it is based in and the price we paid cannot be complained about at all. Communication with the owner was very quick and prompt with answering any questions and the facilities within the house were very useful during our stay.

  Unfortunately the beds and mattresses definitely need replacing, as they are either broken bases or extremely worn and uncomfortable. Also the house would benefit from having a deep clean, as it was not very clean other than the basics of the sinks, toilets and bath/shower. If the beds were replaced along with the mattresses and the house had a full deep clean, this stay would most definitely be 10/10. The property is quirky, unique and offers far more than a hotel room or run of the line chain could ever give. I genuinely do not want this review to be taken negatively in any way, although I have mentioned some negatives it is only minor issues which can be easily solved.
