    good but could have been much better

    it was comfortable and modern.

    we didn't take adavantage of the heated pool and spa,because there were no signs and not told that it had to be turned ON

    It was a lot bigger than I thought!! The best part was letting my teenage daughters stay in the granny flat so all their mess was contained and our house was tidied. The spa was a nice part of a horrible weather day. We hired bikes and rode them out everywhere. The beach out the front of the property was the nicest beach we swam at.
