    We’d look to stay here again if ever looking for accommodation again in the area.

    Very friendly and super nice, quality pub food. We had a good night’s sleep too. The sign outside (see photo) is also a very good description. Genuinely lovely people providing a genuine independent pub/inn experience.

    Really good value family accommodation with nice food and cask ales.

    We had a great stay, all the staff were lovely and helpful and the food was great. It was nice to get genuinely home cooked food.

    Not much really. Maybe a little dated in parts but it felt like a really genuine and authentic pub with rooms.

    Loved it, would stay again

    Staff go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Friendly, welcoming, fun place to be Good was excellent, evening meal and breakfast. Bar very well priced too.

    Generally untidy which didn’t bother us but maybe put items away out of view instead of piling up in a corner. Shower was warm bit no pressure
