    First class

    Lovely annexe to the family home and very well appointed with a comfy double bed. Excellent carrot cake left in the kitchen area was a nice touch. Superb location for me with family in Bream.

    Took me a while to figure out the coffee machine (we have bean to cup at home 🤣) and I couldn't get the TV to work even with the instructions but as I was there so little I didn't bother to contact the owner for help.

    Brilliant stay.

    Everything. Great location for exploring the area. Really comfy bed. Kitchen and bathroom had everything I needed for my short stay. Alice was super quick at responding and very helpful. Had a lovely meal at the pub 5 minutes walk down the road. Loved the ducks!
