    Comfortable base for walking in the New Forest

    Our room and bathroom were large, well appointed and comfortable, with a lovely big bed and both bath and overhead shower in the bathroom. There was plenty of free parking and breakfast options to suit all tastes, including yogurt, pastries and cereal as well as a range of cooked options. We ate in the restaurant one night and at the pub over the road the second night, both of which were very good but busy - I'd recommend booking. In summary it was a lovely comfortable base for walking and exploring in the northern part of the New Forest.
