    Emma and Gordon could not do enough for you

    The breakfast was first class. Barry can recommend the porridge. The property was only a few minutes walk from the seafront

    Both my wife and I were very happy with our experiences.

    Bella and Gordon went out of their way to help up one two occasions giving us lifts to the Roman Villa and Ryde Pierhead ferry terminal. The food was excellent.

    Our stay was enjoyable and we would stay again.

    Emma and Gordan are excellent hosts, nothing was too much trouble and they make everyone very welcome. The breakfast was excellent and plenty of it. The rooms are spotless and very comfortable. We would definitely stay with Emma and Gordon again. Thank you both for a wonderful stay.

    A perfect place to stay with exceptional hosts !!!!

    The staff, facilities, cleanliness, comfort and breakfast were beyond compare to anywhere we have stayed for a long weekend break before. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a stay in Sandown, Isle of Wight 😊

    There was nothing about this place we could fault.

    Perfect

    It is a really nice and clean property, I like it so much! The room is big, clean and the view is beautiful. Also there is a free parking place. The breakfast was also good taste as well! Emma and Gordon are really nice hosts, we got good chat, and they always try to satisfied our needs! Thanks sooo much! Also the property is very near the sandown beach!!! I will book again when I come to IW next time!
