  Absolutely disgraceful. Filthy, unprepared accommodation that we refused to stay in.

  Absolutely nothing about the accommodation itself. The electronic access system worked once the instructions were provided, but that was the only positive aspect of an otherwise appalling experience. We did not stay at the property.

  This was, without question, the worst accommodation experience of our entire month travelling through Italy. We arrived to find an apartment in a disgraceful condition. There was material left in the toilet, hair scattered across the bathroom floor, a used cotton bud on the floor, an overflowing rubbish bin, dirty dishes and used glasses in the kitchen sink, and bags containing food packaging and other belongings left throughout the apartment. Bedrooms were not properly prepared, bedding was piled up, and towels and linen were stacked on the sofa. We also discovered underwear left in a cupboard. This wasn't a case of someone missing a few spots while cleaning. The apartment had clearly not been properly prepared or inspected before we were given access. When we complained, management initially said they needed to investigate housekeeping. A cleaner subsequently attended, but spent approximately 20 minutes inside, despite the extensive cleaning required. We had completely lost confidence that the property could be made hygienic and suitable for our family. We were forced to abandon the accommodation and urgently arrange somewhere else to stay, losing valuable holiday time and creating entirely unnecessary stress and additional expense. The company's Guest Experience Leader subsequently acknowledged in writing that the apartment had not been properly prepared. However, they described allowing us to cancel without charge as an "exceptional" gesture, despite having provided accommodation in such an unacceptable condition. Their later response also devoted considerable attention to defending their company's reputation. After travelling through Italy for approximately 30 days and staying in numerous properties, we had never encountered anything remotely comparable to this. This was a fundamental failure of cleanliness, property preparation, quality control and guest service.

  We had a great stay

  The apartment was very clean, the rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The location was very good, and the new elevator was a big plus. We also felt very safe, as both the building entrance and the apartment had secure doors. Communication with the host was easy, and he was always available when needed. There was some noise from the street, but nothing too disturbing. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and would definitely recommend this apartment!

  Estupendo

  La ubicación, esta a unos 15 minutos andando del centro, no hemos necesitado usar transporte público. Además hay varios bares alrededor para comer o cenar El apartamento tenía de todo y estaba limpio

  El acceso se hace un poco complicado, aun así te envían varios videos para que lo tengas mas claro Durante la noche hay bastante ruido por los bares de abajo

  Buena ubicación, cerca del Duomo y estación de metro Todo muy bien

  La única pega el colchón de la cama del baño y el del sofá vendría bien un cambio

  Skønt sted i hyggelige lokale omgivelser

  Stedet ligger virkelig et dejligt sted i Milano. Meget hyggeligt område med masser af gode shopping muligheder, hyggelige restauranter og et skønt lokal liv. Tæt på metro muligheder og kun 15 minutters gang til Duomo og Castellet.
