    As a suggestion, it would be very helpful to place a clear notice inside the elevator, or even in the apartment, explaining that the inner elevator doors must be fully closed after use, otherwise the elevator can remain blocked on that floor. We were not aware of this, as this type of elevator does not exist in our country and we were unfamiliar with how it works. Unfortunately, we accidentally left the inner doors open and the elevator became blocked on the 5th floor. We fully understood the inconvenience caused and apologized for it. However, a resident of the building came to our door very upset, ringing the bell and knocking in a rather aggressive manner. Although we understood her frustration, we believe this unpleasant situation could easily have been avoided if clear instructions had been provided. It is a very simple measure, but especially important for international guests who may not be familiar with this type of elevator.

    The Location.

    It was old and filthy. The bathroom was a disaster. The sheets had hair on them upon our arrival. The floors were dirty and full of dust.

    Apartamento impecable

    El apartamento es muy bonito y cómodo, con todo lo necesario para hacerte sentir como en casa. Cerca de la parada de metro de Ottaviano y del Vaticano. A menos de 10 minutos andando hay un Carrefour express. Zona muy tranquila. Aire acondicionado en el salón (con sofa cama) y en la habitación. El apartamento cuenta con Smart Tv (pudimos conectarnos a nuestra cuenta de Netflix), cafetera nespresso, tostadora, hervidor de agua, lavavajillas, lavadora, plancha y secador. Todo fantástico. La comunicación con el alojamiento también fue excelente en todo momento. Llegamos pronto por la mañana y, como había disponibilidad, nos dejaron entrar antes, cosa que agradecimos para poder dejar el equipaje, ducharnos y descansar un poco, antes de empezar a visitar la ciudad. Totalmente recomendable. Guardamos este alojamiento.como favorito para próximas visitas a la Ciudad Eterna.
