    The front desk staff were not helpful or accommodating. For example, we were staying in a two-bedroom suite with four adults and one child, yet only two individual coffee packets were provided for the coffee maker. When we asked for additional packets the following day, we were told that we had received one for each day of our stay. This was disappointing, as the amount provided was clearly insufficient for our group, and we expected better service and consideration from the hotel.

    Ideally situated apartment, right on the slopes of the resort.

    Excellent position. Easy access throughout.

    Furniture quite ‘tired’. Shower curtain unhygienic, needs replacement.

    An excellent stay in best location with great pools

    We love the aspens. It was our second time staying. We love the warm pool and spas. Has a great but very full bike lock up area. Very large parking basement. Room was comfortable with kitchen well stocked for cooking.

    Laundry seems expensive to use and gym could do with some more weights/machines.
