    A Karoo gem

    Carla is the most wonderful friendly host, we adored staying at The Bethesda in her most lovely home. Huge spacious bedroom and bathroom, both spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. The breakfast was exceptional and Carla and her two lovely helpers made a delicious vegan breakfast for my daughter which she really enjoyed. Carla gave as a map of everything we needed to see in town which was super helpful. Her house is very central and you can walk everywhere - literally one minute walk to The Owl House and restaurants. We loved staying here - don't hesitate to book with Carla, it's a Karoo gem. Her husband distils the local gin and other spirits which are served in local restaurants - he's super interesting to chat to.
