All personal var väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma. Det var ett litet fint hotell nära Victoria Station.

Fresh and clean, spacious room, with friendly hotel staff but a lot of street and hotel noise disturbed our sleep

Spacious and very clean room with fresh modern decor. Comfortable bed Friendly and helpful reception and cleaning staff Good location

Despite pre-registering, check-in seemed to take an awful long time. On returning to our room for the second night we found a large bag of rubbish that had been left behind by the cleaner. A lot of noise during and through the night from inside the hotel (our room was below reception) and from the street.
