Hostess Forgot my Reservation and claimed I was a No-show to keep the money

Nothing especially the fact that after 30 hours of travel & communicating my arrival time that I was left in the dark sitting on Cobblestones. I called and sent messages through Booking & WhatsApp & Received no reply. I assumed correctly that my reservation had been forgotten. Then I had to book another reservation & continue up a steep hill with heavy bags for 25 minutes. I finally spoke to the hostess at 2200 & she admitted she “heard the phone ring but was busy eating dinner with her daughter.” To add insult to injury she marked me as a no-show

That you fraudulently claimed I was a no-show. It’s one thing to make a mistake but to keep the money is shameful and unethical. At this time Booking has tried to call you repeatedly and sent an email that has been met with silence.

Een ruim appartement, prima afgewerkt, met keuken. Alles werkte goed. Supermarkt dichtbij.

Smalle autostraten. Maar wel parkeerplaats op loopafstand.
