    We had a great stay at the Bird House. The host was very helpful, friendly, and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

    Beautiful Old Fashioned Stay

    Our stay at The Bird House was truly memorable, and my family and I personally loved it. The location is beautiful, and the property has a charming old-world, heritage feel that makes it unique. It’s perfect for those who appreciate character and nature. That said, if you’re looking for a very modern stay with flawless amenities, this may not be the right fit, as there are a few hiccups that need to be fixed urgently. And also wish if the Alex, the host, was incredibly warm and welcoming, which made our experience even more enjoyable. I do hope the property gets a bit of attention and restoration, as it has so much potential to be absolutely exceptional. One thing I felt could really improve the first impression is the front lawn and entrance area, which seemed a bit neglected. With some care, the gateway to this bird paradise could truly reflect the beauty of what’s inside. Being surrounded by birds and possums added to the peaceful, nature-filled experience—we really had a lovely time.
