The area does not receive Council water. We use rain water collection which is double filtered and UV treated. We do not use chemicals or Chlorine so the water coloration may not be as clear as council water. The water is suitable for consumption. On occasions when the collection tanks run low due to less rain, we buy cartage water which is the same as council water - suitable for drinking.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. The view was stunning, house comfortable and clean - happy to recommend 😊
Stunning view. Very bright
The entrance needs a railing. The shower/spa hard to get into- no hand railing. The roads were very narrow

LOVED IT.
Amazing find. Such great property & cabin, with all the extras of beautiful mountain views, great property for kids & adults, and awesome hosts who also went out of their way to make it memorable. The Horses, Donkeys, Lama's, Ponies were such a fantastic part of our stay. Definitely coming back here often. Cabin was so clean & spacious too, whilst all just 15mins from Mansfield.

"It was a great getaway and amazing accommodation for a family trip"
"We had a fantastic family getaway here! The accommodation was absolutely amazing, and everything about our stay went perfectly. Earl was very helpful and understanding. Both the location and the on-site facilities were top-notch. A highlight for us was the walking track right on the property—it’s an absolute must-do. Plus, the adorable alpacas were a massive hit that my son loved. I highly recommend this place to any families looking for a relaxing break!"
The car park spot right next to the house requires urgent attention due to rain. However, I believe it is currently being repaired, which is great!
