    A well located pub. Rooms are tired and in need of decoration. Staff offer poor customer service.

    The location was convenient.

    Staff were unfriendly and our room was up 6 flights of stairs. No one offered to help with our luggage or tell us the car park was nearer to our room. Booking details did not say that rooms are inaccessible. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. Food at breakfast and in the restaurant was disappointing.
