Very nice, but unfortunately, our room was not 5 star.
Really friendly and helpful and kind staff. Absolutely exceptional. Very good location. Our room was quiet.
We had a bit of bad luck with our room (no. 509). We had booked a kingsize standard-room for six nights. It was quite expensive (even for London) and we have been a bit disappointed - certainly not the best room in the hotel. Staff was very friendly, but again some bad luck in the breakfast room. No warm welcome there, so we cancelled our hotel breakfast for the rest of our stay.

Great atmosphere, feels personal and comfortable
Room quality varies massively. Some studios are amazing, other are very mediocre. Bit of a lottery to hat you get.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. You are treated like royalty 😊
The staff are so accommodating!! The rooms are beautiful and the overall atmosphere top notch.
We found the rooms a bit dark, so having an extra floor lamp behind the sitting chair in the room would be ideal especially at night once the curtains are closed.
