    Location. Downstairs was really comfortable.

    No kettle in room to make tea although there were teabags. Shower didn't work.

    Very very disappointed with the accommodation

    Downstairs. Bar facilities food in the bistro & staff were very pleasant & inviting. Food was excellent, atmosphere was very good & no shortage of good entertainment

    The accommodation was very very disappointing….. from the minute we stepped on the stairs to go upstairs it appeared shabby & unkept. We booked a “DELUXE” twin room. We arrived to a double room which in fairness was corrected as soon as we requested. The carpet in the room was actually filthy. The wardrobe door kept swinging open & getting caught in the doorway……We returned to our room the following day where we did have a towel change but no cleaning done & no beds dressed. I have never witnessed this in any other hotel that I’ve been in
