    Wonderful place for a vacation but with three inconveniences that occurred.

    Cypher lock was not programmed to open with the code I was provided. However, staff granted us access electronically once I called them. Maintenance changed the code to the cypher lock the following day in the afternoon. Just a little inconvenient.

    The three inconveniences that we experienced during our stay: 1. Cypher locks were not programmed to open with codes we were provided. 2. Landscapers continued mowing lawn by the patio area while I was BBQing. Grass clippings everywhere; until they walked by with a leaf blower. 3. Toilets, sinks and showers in the main house got clogged up by the third day of our stay. Called the office number as an emergency at 8:00 pm. Maintenance was sent and responded quickly with intent to unclog one toilet only. Did not have correct equipment to unclog the main wastewater line. Waited for another technician to show up the following day. Turned out that it was a pump that was not working. It got fixed.
