    Would not stay in this particular subdivision again.

    The house was located close to the beach and they had a shuttle service going to the beach during the day.

    Do yourself a favor and just find a better place to stay. The house was not clean when we arrived. They forgot to add it to the cleaning list. We had to leave after a 13 hr drive so they could send someone to "clean" the house. All they did was dishes, sweep, make beds and take out trash. We could tell some of the linens were not even changed. This trip was a Christmas present for my kids and it was very embarrasing to find the house in that condition when we arrived and an overall very disappointing experience. Parking is also an issue here at this subdivion. You are only allowed to have 3 cars in the driveway and we had 4 vehicles and had to find parking off the property for our extra vehicle. Neighbors had the same issue. It's their HOA rule.

    Two public beaches close to the houses, walking distance if you want to But with all of our beach stuff we drove. Nice big pool area with lots of room. Extra over flow parking if needed not far from the house. One of the beaches parking/pavilion areas were being redone so we did not get to visit Crystal Beach But when they are done, it’s going to look amazing. There was another beach very close that we went to instead.
