Not at all worth with Value of Money Charged

The Hotel Location is good, Hotel Parking is good, Hotel was clean. The response of the staff was good; they responded well,

The Stay was the worst. The Value for Money Charged is not worth it at all. The bed quality was poor, and the bathroom quality was poor. Charges were taken for a 5-star. Food quality was the worst; breakfast was the worst. The complete package was not worth the amount charged. They even denied an egg, saying only vegetarian dishes were available, but in front of us They served Eggs 12 in Numbers to Other customer who came in Group . Then, after a fight, they also served us.

A very nice resort but swiming pool should be in working condition

Swimming pool was not in working condition and was under maintenance.

Price of the room was quite high whereas facilty of bike and swiming pool was missing.
