A good modern standard with a bit of everything on site to enjoy a relaxed or energetic break.
Owner Peter greeted us promptly on arrival and showed us around the Coltsfoot room. Spacious and massive comfortable bed. Bathroom modern, large and totally tiled with under floor heating. Family working to supply more on site options for holiday and local guests as an ongoing strategy.
We booked here for Monday and Tuesday to rendezvous with family booked close by from the north and south of this median point. Sadly, these 2 days were the staff weekend days so the restaurant and bar were closed. Otherwise we could have used the site more , as it has a large space and the breakfast food was ample and delicious.

Perfect spa break
Situated in a beautiful area, the property was clean and tidy throughout. The spa facilities were excellent, and the staff work hard to make sure it’s never too busy and therefore always relaxing. Food was excellent. Staff were friendly and professional

A little luxury in the heart of Northumberland
The room was beautiful, modern, spacious and with a lovely walk in shower.
The rooms weren’t very soundproof but everyone was respectful of the 11pm quiet time.

Stress relief
My daughter and I had an amazing time. An early birthday treat for her. We laughed so much and chilled out which is what we so so needed. Been a tough year. I have already recommended to friends and family and we will return. Xx
