  Not legitimate and a scam

  Scam. Went to the Botanica to try and find reception but stumbled into the head office. Asked the team how to check in and they said the botanica doesn't offer short term stays. The 'owner' messaged through whatsapp only saying they needed payment in cash and they needed to change our room to a different one. Then asked us to wait so their 'staff' could take us to the room and not to look for reception. I told them we would not be staying or agree to the room change and it was an obvious scam. Had to go through dispute resolution to get booking.com to cancel the booking, as we would get charged by booking.com if we cancelled the booking for any reason (including scams upon arrival)

  Botanica unit

  Close proximity to the airport. Food options are close by...coffee shops are just below and across the road. Good sitting on the porch watching planes land.

  It is an older unit but very comfortable. Needs a paint just to bring it back to the pictures but truly it's pretty good.

  Skvelé ubytovanie so super výhľadom.

  Pohodlný bytový apartmán na 14 poschodí so skvelým výhľadom. Wi fi v poriadku, komunikácia v poriadku. K dispozícii 2 kúpeľne, veľké plus, že konečne tu bol sprchový kút oddelený od zvyšku kúpeľne. Veľká kuchyňa, klimatizácia, MHD v blízkosti (alebo GRAB pred domom). Za mňa spokojnosť.

  Možno by to chcelo trochu viac dovybaviť kuchyňu aj pre európskych turistov, príbor by sa hodil.
