    The hotel is in a great location. The breakfast selection was average. The free drinks available all day were brilliant. The rooms were very clean and well-equipped

    The lifts are slow during peak times.

    Nice staff and good location

    The staff was great. They responded to our requests quickly and helpfully. It's nice to have ramen and drinks at Happy Hour. Good location.

    The rooms are small and need renovation. Small shower.

    The hotel staff was multilingual, very courteous and welcoming. Hotel and rooms very clean. Hotel is about 6 minute walk to subway station and less than 15 minute walk to the center of Dontobori action. Quiet neighborhood, with convenience stores and restaurants right there. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place.

    The room was typically on the small side compared to what you find in North American hotels, but OK. My wife and I sleep on a firm bed at home, but we found this one a little on the softer side. It was OK for us for the 3 nights we were there, but would have preferred a firmer bed.
