    Perfect exceeded my expectations

    The place was spotless, very fresh smelling at all times, the room was big, bright, excellent shower, very quiet as on the main St Austell road, breakfast perfect, and varied choice, restaurant had a meal every evening the food was varied and superb, restaurant very popular with the locals, worth reserving a table, in the evening. the staff were really friendly, could not fault the place and would go again, ample parking

    Would stay again, albeit an invasion of privacy

    Clean, comfortable and well maintained rooms. Reception lady was very sweet. Breakfast great.

    A member of staff unlocked and walked into my room (without knocking!) when I was sitting on the bed in a towel after a shower. No apology, just a "I've come to check if you have a cup in the bathroom". She went into the bathroom then just walked out whilst talking to a male outside the door. Deeply uncomfortable.

    Great for a trip to the eden centre

    The staff were very helpful, the food was abundant and tasty, parking was easy and free the hotel is within 10-15 minute drive to the eden centre
