    The bed was very comfortable. The shower was excellent. There was everything we needed.

    The chairs in the kitchen were too low, we had to put cushions on them to be able to eat our food. The television kept going off, maybe because of the weather. The duvet was far too hot and we didn't like to open the window too much being on the ground floor. We could have done with a fan in the property.

    Perfect little house for 2 for a few days. Close to the beach and Town.

    Great location. Enclosed garden next to house. House well equipped and warm.

    Great location for Aldeburgh and visiting local area.

    Small, clean, cosy and convenient for Aldeburgh town centre. Lovely bathroom and shower. Parking was easy.

    Fridge was too small for a week’s food.

    We know and love the area, we have family nearby but we’ll look for different accommodation another time.

    It was clean, but with the price we paid we would expect a proper flow of hot water from the very inadequate tap in the bathroom. The bed was too small.

    Poor value for a high rental for three days. It appeared very Mean in every part of the rental, we were very under whelmed, we appreciate its high season but you did not give a good impression.
