The best guest house I have ever stopped in.
Absolutely everything!.The sea view room, the quirky decor, the cleanliness, mini fridge, David the owner oh and the best breakfast you will ever eat. It's a perfect location on the seafront at the "nicer" end of the promenade. The attention to detail is flawless. I've booked up for another two stays!

Fabulous host, lots of extra touches/additional value. Comfy beds, lovely toiletries, eclectic decor and a wonderful view.
Soundproofing between floors is good and the double glazing is excellent, but there is some noise through the walls. We could hear our neighbour snoring.

Wonderful stay, perfect accommodation and breakfast was fantastic.
Everything!! Perfect location and accommodation was outstanding. David the host was so friendly and helpful and cooked an amazing breakfast each morning, plus such a fantastic choice of cereals, porridge and catered for guests with any allergies. The rooms were beautifully decorated and had everything you could ever need. A great deal of thought has been put into creating such a wonderful, comfortable guesthouse.
There was nothing to dislike.

Every aspect of my stay. David, the host, was most welcoming, and his attention to detail in each of the rooms for the price charged is excellent value for money. The luxurious room, the seaview, the location, the ease of parking, and a lovely home cooked breakfast are why I have been a repeat visitor for years.
