A warm, clean, well equipt and welcomming place with a lovely host

A well equipt, clean, warm and welcomming bungalow with a very friendly host. She baked us a fresh bread, had some fresh honey off her own bees and eggs from her own chickens. Very lovely and thoughtfull. She does everything to make your stay worth it. We recommand this place for your trip on the NC500

    Well-equipped holiday home

Liz welcomed us to the Bungalow, giving us freshly-baked bread, organic milk, eggs and honey. We also enjoyed soft fruit, tomatoes and mini cucumber from her garden. Large trees screened property from the main road/roundabout. Plenty geese, chickens and cats to delight animal-lovers. For the rail enthusiast trains pass periodically to the rear of property. Very clean and well-equipped. Liz gave us advice on local places to visit and eat.

Nothing. Perhaps an extra hook/peg or 2 to hang clothes in bedroom would be useful. [Whilst we like dogs we were glad to find that other guests didn't have any dogs running around the grounds.]

    Perfect!

The lodge itself is lovely. We loved the geese, chickens, and Bengal cats wandering around freely. We loved the warm fresh bread, eggs from the chickens, the honey from the onsite beehives and picking our own berries. There are benches around the farm to rest and take in the views. The little porch out back and enclosed garden was loved by our little pomchi, We had an amazing time, and highly recommend.

Fully equiped, premium indoors. Close to beautiful locations and restaurants.

We had an excellent stay with tons of space in the bungalow. Exceptionally clean and fully equiped like a premium home. We really appreciated the freshly baked bread, eggs from their farm and locally produced milk on arrival. Plus a variety of teas and coffee. The host was absolutely amazing and kindly proposed beautiful locations and other places to visit in the area! And the recoomendations were spot on, we had brilliant walks and excellent dinner, which we would most probably not have found on our own!

We found it to be a bit on the pricey side, though we understand they include a lot of extras and show exceptional care of the place.
