    Cosy and lovely place to stay very well kept lovely garden too with stunning veiws

    Excellently presented and clean everything u need for and staff pleasant and courteous would definitely stay here again

    Absolutely amazing, highly recommend this property. The host was fantastic and the location is amazing.

    Information on how to get into the property was sent in plenty of time with easy to follow instructions. The views from the property are breathtaking. The property itself is beautiful, the room was very clean and provided everything you may need.

    This beautiful accommodation far outstripped our expectations. It is in a beautiful spot near to Keswick and Ullswater and excellent value. The view when we arrived was amazing and we sat in the sun outside our room drinking tea and admiring our outlook. Beautiful gardens, immaculately kept and a spotless comfortable room made our stay excellent. We would certainly return next time we're in the lakes. Highly recommend!

    Great view, enough parking when we went, comfy room.

    The directions (after clicking the directions link) led us to the wrong house and confused us, thinking there were 2 guesthouse bungalows... but we managed in the end. Would be good to point the directions in the booking to the right house.
