Amazing
Magnificent views over lake Wakatipu that changed daily with snow falls. Very clean and furnishings were lovely, beds were comfortable,great heating, laundry. Had two things that required assistance during our stay which were addressed promptly and did not impact our stay in any way. Hosts provided clear and prompt information. Would highly recommend this stunning property.
Only one towel per guest was supplied. It would have been nice to have two supplied as we had to keep washing them. As we had a ten day stay it would have been good to have a change of sheets also provided. As you want to be out exploring and sightseeing not washing linen on holiday.

Great views
The quality and size of the property along with the stunning views.
The stairs were a challenge with a suitcase! The pillows were too soft. Somevpillow options would be nice....a flatter firmer pillow is my preference.

apartment facilities quality of appliances,quality of fitout good however access is difficult
Fantastic views from lounge/living room and bedroom
Exasperating on arrival and departure as suitcases had to be lugged up and down two flights of stairs……definitely a lift should have to be factored in to elevate this apartment to the next level
