    Oasis of Calm and Grace

An oasis of calm within an oasis of calm. Lovely house and Natchez unlike any other American town I've been in, in a good way! Very quiet and safe although restaurants shut really early , 8pm in the week, although Magnolia was open til 10 and excellent -local dishes shrimps and gits , crab mushrooms and steak all fabulous. Easy to walk home at night, great sunset over the Mississippi and lots of history on the Burn tour itself.

    Nothing.

    Great, would recommend!

Lovely interior. Very helpful staff. The place looks like it's advertised. Breakfast was very good but the jam and butter felt cheap, in plastic single servings, just get glass jars haha. The price certainly makes you expect good jam and a wooden table top. The pool was really big for the amount of guests in the hotel, thats great. The location is also near the town centre. Breakfast was served at 8:30 with no room for discussion. At an expensive place like this I would expect them to at least have a time window like: you can have breakfast between 7 and 10 or something. Don't make us get up early on our holiday just cause you want to serve everyone at the same time. They also didn't ask us if we were vegetarian or if we had any allergies. We didn't but it would have been more hospitable if they had asked. The breakfast delicious, something different every day. They also do a tour of the house that was awesome! The owner came and introduced himself to every single guest which made us feel special. You even get to see all of the parts of the house with are actually for the owners to live in and not part of the hotel but still very pretty. Also they have a cute dog. It's leash looked like it had seen better days though haha

The ice cube maker in the freezer was broken. Some of the tiles near the pool were broken. Also no plugs near the bed to charge your phone.

The pool, the breakfast, the house (and the visit of the house)

Natchez was not very busy at night
