It was OK but not luxurious or value for money in my opinion.

It was very nicely decorated and had good quality appliances in the kitchen.

It lacked a lot of details that would have made it luxurious but instead felt basic. There was no wardrobe just a hanging rail with a small number of hangers, my dresses all got creased as the rail was too short. There was no drawers for other clothing so I had to leave out of my suitcase which remainder open on the bedroom floor the whole week, I hate that it’s untidy and annoying. There was no coffee table in front of the sofa. There is no table so meals/ working in your laptop have to at on a bar stool at the kitchen counter, which was very uncomfortable. So not suitable for working away from home. I had no idea how to turn the heating on but did manage to turn the boiler on, but it was quite cold the week I stayed there. Lastly there was no hot water in the shower in the mornings , I had to always remember to shower at night. I did ask the owner for a coffee table and hangers and she brought them round very quickly, I probably could have asked for more help with things in the house but I couldn’t be bothered and I had a busy week so wasn’t sure when I would be there to let them in.

    A locust short break

We thought the house was one of luxury. There was a lot of thought put into the presentation of the house and what helps people feel relaxed /welcomed. All the pre-emails , were useful and again ease of travel arrangements, if required. The tray bake , on arrival , was very yummy too 😊 Thank you 😊v
