    I stayed with friends for the weekend at The Butler Suit and had a brilliant weekend. The accommodation was amazing and spotlessly clean. Great location. I would definitely recommend The Butter Suit

    A good location and very comfortable accommodation of a high standard

    Good location. Very quiet. We thought the standard of the accommodation was very good and comfortable and would not hesitate to rebook.

    I had issues with the key safe, which I mentioned on the phone. The lever at the side was very stiff and neither of us could get it to work. Also, it would have been very helpful if there was salt and pepper, foil, kitchen roll…. Just a few very basic items in the kitchen which it wasn’t worth us purchasing for a two night stay. The pillows on the beds seemed to be similar thicknesses, which I personally found too thick, so some variation would have been helpful.

    Location was very quiet

    Staff were unhelpful with the WiFi, main bathroom was so small making it difficult to manoeuvre. They did not clearly state where the disabled access points were.

    Lovely accommodation with free parking

    Lovely accommodation with free parking. Easy to follow instructions on access. Within 10 minutes walk into York City Centre. Provided fans that were needed as it was warm.

    Some attention to detail need on cleaning, dirty marks on doors and dusting areas.
