    Cosy and comfortable

    Comfortable, peaceful, great host, lovely garden, reasonable price, useful and convenient location.

    Could have done with a 'kitchen sink'. Bathroom was cramped when trying to wash up.

    Really well appointed outhouse located in Brundall within walking distance of a couple of pubs and a short drive to Buckenham and Strumpshaw. The property is well equipped and really comfortable. We appreciated the fresh bread on arrival. Totally recommend The Buttery if you're planning to explore the area.

    Great stay

    Very clean, lovely touch having fresh bread, butter, jam, tea and coffee etc and warm welcome from Rory, the host. Very quiet location but close to all facilities. Microwave and fridge means that you can prepare snacks and drinks if wanted.
