Excellent all round short break
Very cosy and warm. Close to beach with nice coastal path into Whitstable. Lovely little touches made us feel welcome. Welcome groceries a bonus, thank you. We didn’t use the garden due to weather but can’t imagine to be a lovely sunny spot. Excellent communication from host.

I am unable to comment on this property as the booking was cancelled 4 hours prior to my check-in
Short notice cancellation of the property leading to the trip having to be cancelled. Really disappointing when the accommodation had been paid in full upfront a number of months previously.
