  Poor value for money.

  The location and the views are stunning.

  We have stayed in Nusa Lembongan and in the Sandy Bay area on many occasions over the years, and we're looking forward to taking family from the UK here. However, we were disappointed in the accommodation compared to other places we have stayed. - No welcome drinks, etc. - No tour of the villa - No welcome pack/ recommendations for restaurants/ drivers/ tours, etc. -We booked for 10 people, and only 8 towels were provided. Towels weren't replaced until requested. Towels would not dry due to moisture in the air. -Wifi didn't reach the back rooms. -We knew there was no breakfast included.(unusual for accommodation in Lembongan).However, the villa manager arranged for a chef to come in, and this was the worst breakfast we have ever received on our travels. The chef was more interested in collecting his money and disappearing. Food was of poor quality. Drinks weren't made as requested. When asked for these that were brought in dirty cups. -All furnishings required maintenance. - we had to request for the pool lights to be turned on after dark to be able to swim. -We use sensatia products in our home in Bali. These bottles were clearly filled with cheaper shampoos and soaps. -1 Sunbed only. Overall, we do not feel this villa was good value for money. The location is all you are paying for. We certainly wouldn't stay here again or recommend the cabins to others. The 2 villas next to us received constant maintenance of their properties. Sand raked, leaved picked up, etc. Although these things aren't massively important, it would be nice to have seen the same level of care shown to the cabins.

  Disappointed in facilities for the price.

  The location, space and layout.

  Safety and security. Not been able to secure the villa from the street, lock up and store items. We had one villa with a cold shower, no running water our last day and people received electric shocks from appliances.

  Wonderful spot on a beautiful island

  Gorgeous open-planned villa. Lovely views and easy access to the excellent beach club. Staff were charming and helpful. We explored the island on scooters which were easily arranged for us. We loved it

  Good

  Firstly, the cabins are just in the best location. The outlook is just absolutely magical and we really enjoyed just sitting around and gazing at the view. They are situated close to lots of restaurants and we really loved scootering around the island. It also felt very safe. The staff were very friendly and helpful and did our washing which was very helpful.

  The location is just so beautiful but is completely open to the elements so everything metal is rusted. It really needs a bit of maintenance in the shared space and bedrooms. The bedrooms also really need mosquito nets as the rooms have lots of gaps to outside. My daughter got absolutely nailed by mosquitos one night and it really ruined her time there. The bunk beds only had throws for blankets - a lightweight duvet would be better. We didn't really care about the wifi dropping out alot but our teens were a bit annoyed! On the last day the water did not work which was not fixed before we left so we couldn't shower or wash. It really is such a lovely spot but it just needed a few extra things to be really good.
