    Comfortable accomodations

    The chalet was very comfortable and clean. Staff were very kind and helpful.

    Distance from St Andrews city centre made for costly taxi rides and not being able to go back n forth. A free shuttle would be appreciated, even if only hourly.

    Loved the lodge didn’t like the “extras” at the resort

    Property was beautiful, so well presented and facilities were amazing in the lodge

    The property was beautiful and whilst I’m meant to review just the property I am going to make comment on the actual location. We were told there was a spa however it’s not yet built and there was no staff around at all to check us in. When we checked out the staff member on the desk was rude and abrupt and didn’t ask how the stay was just merely told me to drop keys in a box. Facilities were not open very late and when playing golf at St Andrews being able to come back and use the sauna and steam room would have been ideal however they closed around 4:30pm! It all looks like a 5 star resort but didn’t come across as such

    Good lounge space,washing machine,comfy dining chairs,easy to cook in.easy to operate stove,wash machine.Good hot water.Great easy to get to parking and quiet and convenient to all venues.

    No explanations for some apliances,all rooms had heating but none of it turned on although supposed to be done auromatically and fancy fire in lounge room was so complicated to opetate with no instructions,even the staff had problems getting it working and it was hard to figure out how to regulate the temp.Nothing to wash the dishes with ( eg sponge scourer ) No soap or shampoo.Beds had thin,lumpy mattressesStaff absent and not responding to numerous calls.

    Enjoyed would return

    Great location, amazingly clean in the lodges and outside around the resort

    This would not stop me returning but it was somewhat lacking in staff around reception, when there they didn’t appear to know answers to basic questions such as the WiFi code that worked in the gym or how you book a table at the restaurant, found that all a bit odd!
