    Nice location and lovely staff but some comfort failures.

    Beautifully appointed and a good location for what I needed. Pretty wooded surroundings. The staff are fabulous

    My key fob didn’t work and I had to rely on staff or guests to access the residential area. There was no spare fob. And no heating… it was a very cold night and morning. My room was over some banging music ( the bar maybe) but it did stop at 10.45. Waited an hour for our meal in the ( empty) restaurant.

    Overall a great night spent here- would come again

    The food we had was delicious, good sized meals & drinks for the prices. (Breakfast included) The staff who were working were very friendly, approachable and helpful. - Thank you all so much The room itself was clean, the bed was very comfortable with good facilities inside the room tv,hairdryer,kettle etc plus WiFi We would definitely visit again
