    Great location, clean, comfortable rooms, and a luxury feel.

    The location was great—close to restaurants and activities. The hotel was clean. We also likes the restaurant inside the hotel.

    Shower was broken or we couldn’t figure out how to turn it on.

    Beautiful hotel

    Very nice hotel. Front desk was excellent! Little pricey but I understand, because of the horse racers and KU football.

    Didn’t like the fire alarm going off. Woke up my grandbaby and the dogs were scared to death. Sat out in the rain until alarm was done

    Wright no nostalgic hotel but can do better!

    I love the restaurant availability

    I did not like that. I was put in a handicap room and it was very small bathroom and everything kept falling in the sink so they should definitely not arbitrarily put people in handicap rooms. Stayed two nights and the next morning woke up to no coffee/ not refilled either so that was definitely a housekeeping miss-
