    Schönes Haus, insgesamt aber nicht ganz überzeugend

    Schöner Wellnessbereich. Cooles Zimmer für Kinder mit Tischtennis, Tischfussball und PlayStation etc. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Problem das fehlenden Bike-Raums wurde unkonventionell gelöst durch Abstellmöglichkeit in einem Büro in einem Nebengebäude (Platz aber max. für 4 Bikes)

    Überwiegende Mehrheit des Personals spricht kein Wort Deutsch. Schade, dass es kein Frühstücksbuffet gibt. Führt zu Wartezeiten und Missverständnissen, Servicequalität beim Frühstück insgesamt ausbaufähig. 3 Tage vor einem geplanten Meeting einer Gruppe wurde das Kinderspielzimmer ausgeräumt und mit 3 Tischen bestuhlt. Wäre am Morgen des Meetings sicher auch noch möglich gewesen. Hotelbar leider sehr verlassen, Personal musste man erst rufen. Preis-Leistung stimmt hier bei 21 CHF für einen Hugo nicht. Keine Räume für Abstellen von Bikes. Im Restaurant keine Kinderkarte, auch keine Flexibilität, Gerichte in kleinerer Portion für Kinder anzubieten. Geht in Restaurants in der Umgebung problemlos…

    Excellent petit déjeuner et le personnel très aimable

    Prix trop cher par rapport à la prestation junior suite et surtout les frais de CHF 450.— pour chiens exorbitants

    Great location, good food, attentive staff and extremely clean and greet decor throughout.

    Overall a great experience.

    My only very small negative was being served the hot breakfast meal whilst we were still eating our ‘starter’ and had to pick up and eat our ‘starter’ and the main hot breakfast meal was still out down in front of us - this was on our 2nd day. Not an issue on our first morning.
